At Stories Unheard  (doing business as Unheard Official), every item is made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. Because of this, processing and delivery times may vary.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

🌍 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after processing:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, customs).

🌐 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in our pricing.

📫 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

  • First, check the tracking info provided in your email

  • If there's no update after 10 business days (U.S.) or 20 business days (international), please email us at info@unheardofficial.com

We’ll work with our print partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.
